JOB SUMMARY
Synergy7 Corporation, a sports and science technology company headquartered in Houston, TX has a new opportunity for a Native IOS Software Engineer. We are looking for a candidate that brings strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and who understands the role of computer programming in the organization. This is a critical role which will have exposure across the leadership team in a dynamic, fast-growing sports science and technology company.
What your day may look like
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient native iOS applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement seamless integration with RESTful APIs to fetch and send data securely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API interactions.
- Lead the process of submitting applications to the Apple App Store.
- Ensure compliance with Apple’s guidelines and resolve any issues that may arise during the review process.
- Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide timely support for any post-launch issues.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code and processes.
- Establish regular communication channels, such as daily or weekly meetings, to keep track of progress and address any concerns.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in Swift and/or Objective-C programming languages.
- Hands-on experience in native iOS development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration into iOS applications.
- Proven experience in successfully submitting applications to the Apple App Store.
- Solid understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
Your work environment
The work environment for this position will be primarily remote with occasional travel requirements for team and client meetings.
